A year-old Palestinian girl who was arrested after being filmed slapping an Israeli soldier has been charged with assaulting security forces, incitement and throwing stones. The video of Ahed Tamimi — which went viral on social media two weeks ago — prompted competing reactions from Israelis and Palestinians, including a campaign for her release. Ahed and her mother were charged in relation to the incident and to remarks broadcast in the immediate aftermath, in which Nariman asked her daughter to give a message to the world.

Images of an Israeli soldier being attacked by Palestinian women and a young girl went viral overnight Friday. The soldier who was lightly wounded, was attempting to detain a Palestinian minor during clashes in the West Bank village of Nabi Saleh before he was attacked. Then he and two cousins threw a Jew, Chaim Mizrachi, into the boot of his own car.
Photos have emerged that appear to show several Palestinian women and children fighting to stop an Israeli soldier from detaining a young boy. The boy, whose arm is in a sling, is seen being pinned to the ground beneath an Israeli Defence Force IDF soldier's legs while two Palestinian women and children try to rescue him. A former Israeli soldier's Facebook page has provoked outrage after she posted pictures of herself on duty posing next to handcuffed, blindfolded Palestinians. The photographs are part of a Facebook photo album entitled: The Army — the best years of my life, posted by a young woman named Eden, from Ashdod, who completed compulsory military service last year. The pictures, swiftly circulated by Israeli bloggers, include one in which Eden sits on concrete blocks next to a blindfolded Palestinian detainee.

A security camera on Monday morning caught two Palestinian teenage girls armed with scissors carrying out a terror attack near Mahane Yehuda market in central Jerusalem. The video footage shows the and year-old girls slashing at passersby before police approach the scene with guns drawn. In the video, a man opens fire on one of the girls as she lunges at him.
