Take Me Out revolves around a single man attempting to impress 30 single women. The women are given a lighted podium and switch off their lights if they are not interested in dating the man, who must go through a series of rounds which reveal his real character.
Once all of the ladies have given the guy a thumbs up or down, the bachelor then starts to eliminate women based on his preferences. The TV series debuted on June 7th to a disappointing 1. Over the course of the next few weeks, the ratings have dwindled even lower.
